* Order limits count per calendar month and reset for everyone on the 1st. Reaching the limit never blocks buyers on the day: orders continue for 14 more days while you upgrade or wait for the month to roll over.
** Old-address redirects stay active while you are on a paid plan; if you move back to Free, the old address is released.
*** The storefront language applies to the store's generic content: buttons, cart, checkout, emails. Product names and descriptions always come from your Google Sheet unchanged.

Do the prices include tax?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, GST and sales tax. At checkout, tax is added according to the country you are buying from and the total is shown before you pay. Business customers in the EU and UK can enter a VAT number at checkout; where reverse charge applies, no VAT is added.
How can I open an online store for free?
Copy our Google Sheet template and type in your products, set the sheet to "anyone with the link can view", and paste its link into your SpreadFront dashboard. You get a working store at yourname.spreadfront.com: hosting, cart, checkout, order dashboard and push notifications included, and we take no commission on sales. The free plan is free forever, with no card details and no time limit. It is limited: 1 store, 25 products, 50 orders a month, no custom domain and no automatic order emails. When you outgrow it, Starter is one flat price a year plus your payment provider's own fee, nothing else.
Does SpreadFront sell any products itself?
No. SpreadFront is B2B software (SaaS), a simplified alternative to Shopify: the only thing we sell is the software subscription, which is entirely digital. The goods you may see in stores on this platform belong to the merchants who run those stores. SpreadFront never owns, stocks, ships or bills for them, and buyer payments go directly to the merchant, never through us.
Do you get access to my Google account?
No. Your product sheet just needs to be viewable by "anyone with the link". We never request Google OAuth scopes for your files: sign-in only proves your email.
How do I get paid?
Card payments through your own Stripe and PayPal checkout on paid plans; crypto via your own NOWPayments account, cash on delivery and per-product payment links (Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me) on every plan. The money always settles in your own account - SpreadFront never touches it and takes 0% of your sales.
I already have a store.link sheet, will it work?
Yes. SpreadFront understands store.link's column names out of the box. Paste the same sheet and you are live.
What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
Nothing breaks on the day you hit the limit. Orders keep coming in for another 14 days while you decide; after that, new orders are declined until the month rolls over or you upgrade. Test-mode orders and your own test purchases never count. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, with a 14-day no-questions refund after billing starts.
