Terms of Service

1. The service

SpreadFront ("we") lets merchants publish an online storefront generated from a Google Sheet they control. We provide the hosting, storefront rendering, order collection, notifications and related tooling described on this site. SpreadFront is operated by Draško Georgijev.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. By creating an account you agree to receive service communications (order and account notifications) and occasional product emails from SpreadFront; you can unsubscribe from product emails at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us — service communications essential to operating your store cannot be disabled while your account is active.

3. Merchants sell, we don't

Stores on SpreadFront are operated by their merchants. The merchant — not SpreadFront — is the seller of record: responsible for product accuracy and legality, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, refunds and customer service. A purchase on a SpreadFront-powered store is a contract between buyer and merchant.

4. Payments

SpreadFront does not process, hold or receive buyer payments. Payment arrangements (cash on delivery, payment links such as Stripe or PayPal) are strictly between buyer and merchant and governed by the relevant provider's terms. We charge no commission on sales.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SpreadFront to sell illegal goods or services, counterfeits, weapons, drugs, or adult content; to deceive buyers; to send spam; or to infringe the rights of others. You must have rights to all content (texts, images) in your sheet. We may remove stores that breach this section, and are entitled to do so without prior notice where the breach is serious.

6. Plans, limits and billing

Feature limits per plan (stores, products, orders, coupons) are described on the pricing page and enforced automatically. We may adjust free-plan limits with reasonable notice.

Paid plan subscriptions are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Creem. Creem runs the checkout, collects payment, handles applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues invoices; your purchase of a paid plan is also subject to Creem's buyer terms. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the billing page, effective at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Availability, "as is"

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for free plans: zero).

8. Your data

Your product sheet remains yours, in your Google Drive. Order data is available to you at any time via the dashboard and CSV export. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your stores at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Contact & governing law

Questions: contact page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of the Republic of Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
